I did not have a good start with this ice maker. The first one did not make ice. However, Air & Water was absolutly wonderful about the exchanging to a new unit. It took less than a week from the day the first unit arrived. The new machine is wonderful! Makes a ton of ice in a short amount of time. I only have 3 cons on this unit but 2 of them go together. First, the ice machine is located so low that you have to bend over to get the ice. I make a few batches of ice and put them in the freezer so the ice maker does not have to run constantly. When I am emptying the ice it strains my (already bad) back. Second, it does not have a removable ice tray/bucket. This would solve the first issue. Lastly the room temp & hot water dispurses VERY slowly. I give the Ice Maker a 4-1/2 stars! Water cooler would only get 3 stars due to how slow the water comes out. All in all so far so good.

Finally we have a water cooler that gives us COLD water. the trouble is that the machine is too noisy, my kitchen is next to the bedroom and it wakes me up at night. So if you need to have a machine like this make sure you place it somewhere where the noise would not disturb you.
