I would have given an excellent review if the cold water tap was put on correctly. It was installed askew about 10 degrees and should have been corrected before leaving the factory.

We love this water cooler, especially since we live in AZ and we're not supposed to drink regular water due to the intense heat. I would recommend others to purchase this product. I wanted to have a water cooler in my kitchen with pure water purchased at a low price. I was surprised to note that when a small amount of cold water from the blue tap is used the water cooler starts up to cool the remaining water left in the reservoir. I expected that more than just a glass of water could be used before the refrigeration section began again. Packed very well and easy to set up. A great addition to any home for those who like fresh cool inexpensive water purchased at a super market kiosk on a frequent basis for drinking, making coffee, cooking, etc. Five gallons goes a long way in any home.
