Featuring a wide, stable base and a concealed heating element for safe operation, this electric heater is the perfect heating solution for personal spaces and smaller areas.Unlike conventional high-wattage electric heaters, the Dayton NX3 uses only 400 watts of power and is a safer, greener alternative. The NX3 also provides up to 1,386 BTUs of heat and has an enclosed heating element with a permanently-sealed oil reservoir that emits no fumes or odors. The special diathermic oil sealed within the reservoir actually helps distribute heat evenly to ensure maximum comfort.
Other convenient features include an analog thermostat for easy temperature control and a carrying handle for portability. For safe operation, the NX3 heater also has overheat protection and a safety tip-over switch.

We purchased several of these low wattage space heaters as anything else overloaded our electrical system. They are small, fit under and desk, and produce a nice amount of heat without the danger of a heating element.
