These are great.I like the ease of programming and use. However, I would change the wire nuts from red to yellow. I bought 4 of these 2 years ago and installed some with the red and some with the yellow. All the red nuts melted and all the yellows are fine. The reason I had to order another one was because a black wire connection with a red nut got so hot it melted into the back of the thermostat and shorted it out. The red ones seem to be too big.

Works great, I like the fact it controls the output of voltage to the heater. Before it was either On or Off. Now it runs at specific percentages of the total capacity. I see this as a large savings on my power bill. Also keeps the temperature very steady through out the day.
