I purchased this product because I needed something portable and your prices were even (with shipping being lower) compared to other products I had seen at Target and Home Depot. The reviews on your site for the product and other sites were mostly positive, so I thought it would be worth it. Also, the overall appearance of the product looked nice. When I received the unit, I felt that it was actually smaller and had a sleeker design than I expected. Also, the vent for the window was smaller than I thought it would be too. So far, the product is working great. The weather hasn't gotten to the hottest temperatures yet, but it has been in the high 80's and the 2 rooms I bought them for are staying nice and cool. I would recommend this product to others - it has an attractive design, works well so far, and is a great price!

I purchased this product because I wanted a portable air conditioner I could move around the house. I live in the North Carolina Mountains and do not have central air in my log house. I sometimes need a little cool air and a portable air conditioner seemed the way to go. I looked in stores at other portable units but they seemed so expensive, so I went online and found your product. The product is working great! I am using it during a heat wave we are experiencing and it is wonderful in my bedroom at night. It also looks very nice. I have already recommended it to friends.
