Purchased ACP-1000 portable air conditioner. All required parts were in the box, installation was simple and quick upstart. Directions for use clear and helpful. Unit is very quite when operating, big difference in comparision to a window AC unit. Don't get overheated trying to decide what ac unit to purchase, buy this model and get cooled off right away! I would recommend this unit to anyone. The price is right, the unit exceeds performance of units costing much more and you barely notice that is in the room with you.

I live in Long Beach, California and the summers are way too hot! I wanted to get a small, portable AC unit for my room. I also bought one for my office last year and loved it. My recently purchased ACP-1000E has worked well so far. Upon receipt, I found that the unit looked like R2D2's brother! I liked the style and I kept asking where Chewbacca was. I would absolutely recommend this product to others. In fact, I've already sold a few for your company. After all, it's affordable, has a high EER rating, and will not cost much to use. I purchased this for my bedroom because I had casement small windows and thought this would be perfect. It worked for about the first week then it was not cooling the room sufficiently. I tried it in the den and was barely cooling at all; it now sits in my closet taking up valuable space.
I know I should have returned it, but the original packaging was damaged and the unit was far heavier than I anticipated, plus I was in the process of selling my house and moving into a new location (that I bought this for). Now I guess I'm stuck with this albatross and probably just will end up throwing it out.
