defrost function that de-ices the unit as needed, and for safety, the automatic
shut-off function controls water levels and prevents spills. Maintenance is also
a breeze: two water drainage options are available: you can either empty
the front-loading bucket directly or even have the unit continuously drain out
of a hose. Best of all, the NewAir AD-40A even comes with a carbon filter to
clean the air of odors while it takes the moisture out of it.
