We recently decorated a full bath in our garage that also serves as a pool house during warmer weather. Humidity & mildew go hand in hand in the south and I was looking for a small dehumidifier to alleviate the mildew. The dehumidifier is just what we needed! It is compact, quiet and very efficient. I love the size of this dehumifier. It is just the right size for a small bathroom or closet. It doesn't make the noise or generate the heat that our previous dehumidifier did. Actually, we're going to order another one to replace the big, bulky, NOISY dehumidifier in out master bath!

I purchased a Newair Mini Dehmidifier, and it works extremely well. This is exactly what I had looked for and had not been able to find in stores. In the winter months in FL there is excess moisture in the rooms and on the windows so I thought these small units would take care of the problem. It did not do the job as well as I thought so I ordered a large unit. It was streamline and small and that is what I wanted. I would not recommend this for the purpose I needed it.
