Bought unit to keep room cool in summer. DID NOT WORK!!! Tank leaked water, even after using adhesive to patch leaks. Put unit in large plastic bin (Rubbermaid) to catch leaking water. Unit did not cool room at all!!! Bought air conditioner to do the job instead. The swamp cooler was a waste of money and is in the garbage dump!

I purchased this product because of its price, compact size, and portability. When I received the product, I liked the look and shape of it. So far it's performing well, has ample water storage, is easy to move around, and simple to operate. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for something small and portable, but not for a mainstream cooling device.

After 3 months of use, I can definitely say I am very satisfied with the product. The look of the product, NewAir AF-321, looked cheap, but upon using the equipment for a few months. I am absoutely satisfied with the look and use of the product. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody. If there is a need to increase humidity, this product can definitely fit the bill.
