I was thinking it was a little expensive for something that just makes ice. What I mean by that is, all ice makers are expensive, the one I purchased was very fairly priced compared to the rest on the market. Now I feel it is worth every penny, it is so cool. Plus it makes ice really fast in 3 sizes. You can really taste the difference in clean drinking water made ice and store purchased ice.

We really enjoyed the unit. It was relatively quick to make ice and when it failed (no water pumped into chiller unit); the response from you was excellent. I will ship the item back upon receipt of the RMA. The unit is excellent and I look forward to much use upon receipt of the replacement.
