Good appearance, pretty easy to install, works well & is quiet during operation. Only negative is that it produces a bit of an odor when it first starts up. Hopefully this'll diminish as it breaks-in a bit.

We installed this product in our restrooms (they did not have heat) and they worked beautifully. We added 2 more each in our mailroom and duplicating depts, as they are also located without heat in the mezzanine.
