Description

With the WA-1300H you only need one unit for all seasons. This portable air conditioner can generate 13,000BTU of cooling and heating power.Using heat pump technology this AC can transfer the heat to and from the air it's using to condition the room to the air it's exhausting. Ideally this unit can heat or cool an area of about 400 sq. ft. and the WA-1300H uses the new UL required LCDI plug.

The WA-1300H by Sunpentown comes with self-evaporating technology, during the cooling process the AC unit acts as dehumidifier. The water condenses on the cooling coils and is used to cool down the internal parts of the unit alike the coils. Eventually the water needs to be removed from the unit. In other air conditioning units you would need to empty a bucket of water for it to continue to work, not with the WA-1300H. The evaporative technology automatically exhausts the water into the outgoing airflow so that there is no bucket of water to empty nor do you need to add a water drainage tube to the back of the unit.
