I moved into an apartment that stays very warm day and night and I didn't want to vent that hot air into the environment, so your product is helping me stay comfortable while at the same time making air quality a little bit better. Also, even though the product puts moisture into the air, I am not worried about an increased incidence of mold because there is the ion feature. Very nice touch. It's been fun playing with all the different settings, but when it's time for some serious performance, like today with the temperature being in the 90s, this product gets the job done, especially with the addition of the cooling pack. It was a lot bigger than I anticipated. And, when I started reading the directions, I realized I had acquired a pet that I need to care for, i.e. the two week vinegar soaks etc. :-D That's just fine with me. That's an easy task to do compared to the work the machine does. Now, the only problem is coming up with a name that suits it. Thus far, it hasn't presented any quirks, so I haven't named it yet. Maybe I will call it ""No Quirks."" Hmmmmmmmm.... My son-in-law has a stuffy garage and your range of products are just what he needs to cool down the place without having to vent etc.
