The NewAir AH-400 oil filled space heater is perfect for placing underneath desks, along walls or in corners because of its flat panel design. It adds extra warmth to any room and uses less energy than other space heaters
so it does not trip circuit breakers.
No Internal Fan
The NewAir AH-400 oil filled heater does not have an internal fan so it operates completely silent. It distributes heat using natural convection.

Comments: Love this portable heater and the heat it puts out for its small size! This heater takes up very little space and is easily picked up with one hand to be moved. It is the only heat source I am using to heat my fish room. The room measures 10' by 16'. It holds the temperature at 65 degrees with an outside temperature of 32 degrees. This heater does not heat up the cord or plug in like previous heaters I have used. Other heaters have worried me sick that I would have a fire. Unlike other portable oil filled heaters I've used over the years, this heater has a heavy duty cord and a grounded plug in. Buying from Air & Water, Inc. was a very painless experience. Easy to order, fast shipping, and a great product! I'll buy again and tell my friends and family about their products and service.

Comments: This heater fits in a small space and is very powerful in a small room like a bathroom. Only drawback on the previous unit - I believe it was a Dakota brand but same style - was that the bottom legs fell off, apparently overheated the plastic and they crumbled. It lasted about 6 years and the switch fell off, and the unit quit working. Other than that this is a wonderful small unit and I wouldn't be without one like this.

Comments: I needed a heater that heated without a fan because I have pets that like to sleep in front of a heater but are frightened by fan activity and won't go near such a heater. Fan-less floor heaters are very hard to find. So far, the heater is performing very well although the cold weather hasn't started yet. I would recommend it to anyone with cold feet and chilly pets.

Comments: It is great. The building management issued an edict that any space heater of 800 watts or more would be confiscated. A lot of our folks use these heaters to help them cope with the building A/C inconsistencies. This product has helped them while at the same time is compliant with building management's decree. I think I have directly purchased for others a total of 8 units and inspired at least 2 more.
